Teaching experience
Mr. Efthynopoulos began his first steps in teaching as early as 2017, while still an undergraduate law student, when he founded the Negotiation Lab at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. This was an educational project designed to spread negotiation skills by students, for students — entirely free of charge. Its hallmark was the innovative approach to learning: accessible, experiential, and highly interactive. The project proved to be a great success.
This initiative became his springboard. After studying around 150 books on negotiations, participating in international competitions (Paris, Vienna), engaging in global networks, and attending seminars at universities abroad, he acquired the tools and credentials to become a lecturer himself. Combining this with his distinctive teaching method and interactive style, he was invited — at just 26 years old — by Business College Athens to teach both in Greek and English in the negotiation courses of undergraduate and postgraduate programs of the University of West London.
Specifically, he taught:
Negotiations and Decision-Making in the Executive MBA program,
Negotiations and Sales in the MBA and Marketing Master’s programs,
Negotiations in the undergraduate Business Management program, and
Legal Research Methods in the postgraduate Law programs.

“Inspiring others inspires me.”
After seven years of contribution and innovation, he received the honorary invitation to speak at TEDx — an institution he had always admired and considered a personal milestone, as he mentioned in an interview.
In a packed auditorium, he delivered a powerful talk that captivated the audience. Through a simple yet insightful example, he demonstrated the power of change in communication norms and how everyone can strengthen their social interactions by applying models of collaborative negotiation.
His talk, titled “From Conflict to Creation”, was recorded and is freely available for viewing on the official TED YouTube channel.
